The mission of of HELP is to provide online mentoring for anyone who is in need of HELP. We acknowledge there are several people in relationships that are not always healthy for them, and it is often difficult making the decision to leave especially if the majority of the relationship has been hidden from friends and family. It is not uncommon for individuals to hide abuse from friends and family, often times it is done to protect the abuser, and other times to avoid the shame or criticism we may experience from disclosing the abuse. It is important to talk to someone and seek the help one needs. We offer a confidential online format where individuals can talk to someone without the fear of criticism. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to.
